Buying in Today's Market
Buying real esate is exciting and probably one of the biggest milestones in your lifetime. Whether you are a first time home buyer or are a savvy real estate investor I can help!
First Time Home Buyers
Being a first time home buyer can make you anxious, happy, and nervous all at the same time. You probably ask yourself, "Am I making the right choice?" "Can I afford it?" "Will the value go down after I buy and how will that impact me?" These are just a few of many questions you will ask yourself. The answer to all of your questions is, "Call me, I can help!" Making the home buying process a smooth transition is where I come in. As your agent I will assist you in every facet of your first home purchase from getting you pre-approved with a mortgage payment you can afford, searching for your home, writing the offer, opening escrow, ordering inspections and handing over the keys to your new home (and everything in between)!
Investing
If you are an investor, you know it is a great time to buy. When foreclosures hit the market they are selling pretty quick. In our area, some homes are so well priced you could have cash flow every month. If you would like a list of foreclosures in an area of Lake County, email me at jennifer.mullin@century21.com and I will forward to you.
Home Warranty
Every buyer that buys a home through me receives a FREE one year Home Warranty through American Home Shield and CENTURY 21 Home Protection. This home warranty can help when you least expect it! Even though your home inspection went great, your dishwasher decides to go out on you two months after you move in. All you have to do is pick up the phone and call the Home Warranty Company. For a nominal service fee, the Home Warranty Company sends a repair person out to your home to assess the situation and will either repair or replace the dishwasher! Home Warranties cover more than dishwashers! They cover appliances, air conditioners, heaters, etc. This is a valuable gift that I give to all of my buyers and the policy is renewable once the initial year is up!
