My Biography
Having grown up in South Lake County, and possessing an extensive background in business and real estate, Jennifer Mullin has found her niche working as a Realtor for Century 21 House of Realty.
A local girl, Jennifer graduated from Middletown High School in 1987 and then attended College of the Redwoods in Humboldt County. From there she relocated to the Silicon Valley and obtained a marketing position with a Japanese video game company. In 1990 she married her high school sweetheart John, and two years later their family expanded with the arrival of their only son Todd. When Jennifer's employer relocated to Southern California, she and her husband decided to venture out as entrepreneurs and purchased a bottled water distributorship in Pleasanton. This provided Jennifer with the invaluable experience of operating a successful business.
During their time in Pleasanton, Jennifer and John wanted to purchase their first home. However, due to the high price of homes in the area, it was virtually impossible for them to do so. On a whim, they checked out a brand new home in Hidden Valley Lake. It was priced right and they fell in love with it. The Mullin's decided it was time to move home to Lake County. They now regard it as one of the best decisions they ever made. Not only did Jennifer and John become home owners, they became closer to their families and friends.
Community involvement remains a priority to Jennifer. She is currently an active partcipant raising money for Easter Seals of Northern California, and has been actively involved in raising money for various organizations including, Middletown Unified School District, Little League, MHS Sober Grad, Middletown Colts Football and Naka-Cho Japanese Sister City Program, to name a few.
Says Jennifer, "Not only is Century 21 House of Realty and Century 21 Crossroads the number one real estate company for our market, we continue to strive to become the number one real estate company for the entire county. How fortunate am I to "come home" and assist the community in making their real estate dreams reality! I am proud to be a part of this fine organization and I look forward what lies ahead."
